Specialized into corporate advise, crisis management, management restructuring, consulting in various sectors (industries, finance, crypto blockchain, governments, etc.), brand management, concepts and realization of special tasks.
Mr. Butschi has proven track records and broad experiences, including special elite forces, in developing and implementing complex strategies, in leadership of multicultural operations and complex financing projects in in the finance and commodities sectors, companies restructuring and crisis management in more than 80 countries among them in Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia. Philippines, Singapore), Africa (Algeria. Libya, Morocco, Senegal), Middle East (Lebanon, Syria, UAE.) and Americas (Mexico, Peru, USA) for various governments, multinationals and high net worth individuals.
For his humanitarian engagements over decades since 1979, he is awarded with the "United Nations Organization UM/ Award". With his visionary pragmatic business and humanitarian developments, he personally involved celebrities and business leaders into various social projects.

Mr. Giorffino, Senior Partner at law firm Vargas Pareja, joined Xegara Group as its global Strategic Advisor, advising, supporting and planning execution of Xegara world structures and legal strategies to meet organizational objectives, phasing and arranging strategic alliances, identifying options and solutions, licensing, to reach the group's target.

H. E. Lamin J Sanneh
Honorable Lamin Jawla Sanneh, his Excellency ambassador, belongs as a Gambian citizen to the core of Xegara World and Krypto Fintech.
His diplomatic skills led to the success that he was the first ambassador in Gambian history to successfully manage diplomatic relations with great skill and to expand and deepen relations with the United nab Emirates through his Gambian embassy in Dubai.
Since 2000, His Excellency Lamin Jawla Sanneh has served as Vice President of Rawabi Dubai Group, where he is responsible for opening up the Middle East to global trade.
In 2004, Lamin Jawla Sanneh acquired several gold and diamond mining concessions in both Sierra Leone and Guinea with the idea of helping both countries train workers and give locals access to decent working conditions.
As CEO of several companies and partner at Dubai General Trading, he is focused on helping Africa have a better future. He recently became a partner in the Saudi Water Project in 2022 and was appointed The Arab League's representative for all African countries in Saudi Arabia in August 2022.
One of the biggest challenges of his life was joining the Xegara Group/ Krypto Fintech at the beginning of 2022 to take his socio-cultural experiences and business cultural successes of over 25 years through Xegara Group/ Krypto Fintech to lead and accompany the African continent and all the Africans into the blockchain future.
Andi R. Paenrongi Batin Mangkubumi
H. H. Andi Batin Mangkubumi, Prince from Bougis and Lampung, of the Republic of Indonesia, led in various positions the expansion of finance and industrial sectors over the past 3 decades, as Practice Manager in the Macroeconomics and Management Practice in Southeast Asia.
His broad understanding of the global business cultures he acquired in various countries as Switzerland, United States of America and other countries.
As a member of Xegara Group Executive Leadership Team, H.H. Andi Batin Mangkubumi has a key leadership role in championing the organization's mission, values and strategy, while also contributing to global strategic oversight and decision-making. He defines the overarching strategy for the APAC region to drive growth aligned to Xegara's global mission.
H. H. Andi is acting as an Ambassador for the region and ensuring the strategy is aligned with Xegara's global mission and strategy.
